ASSIGNMENT: Due 10/4 | Design Brief

One Page Document that Outlines Primary Objectives of the Project
A design brief is a comprehensive written document for a design project developed in concert by a person representing the business need for design and the designer. The document is focused on the desired results of design – not aesthetics.

This document should address the following questions:
_What is the mission/goal of the conference?
_How is this conference different from other "Green" conferences?
_Who will be attending the conference (targeted audience)?
_What is the overall "vibe" of the conference (ie serious, fun, energetic, engaging)?
_What types of workshops and speakers will the conference have?
_When communicating the type of conference this is what type of images best convey this message?
_What colors/shapes/textures best convey the meaning of this conference?
_What written and verbal messages can be used to communicate the main objectives of the conferenc?
_What unique media can you use to communicate to your audience?

In two concise sentences describe how you would like your target audience to think and feel about the messages communicated in the materials related to this conference.

Note: When writing your design bried DO NOT use first person. This should be based on research not on how YOU think it should be or FEEL. Avoid "I feel..." statements. This is a professional document and should be stated as such.
