Data Gathering Steps for Community Health / Healthy People 2020 Assignment:

1) Select an objective from Focus Area 5 (Diabetes), Focus Area 12 (Heart Disease/Stroke) or Focus Area 24 (Respiratory Diseases) of Healthy People 2010.

2) Find statistical/demographic data on your topic:
