In this design review, you will:
Demonstrate all of your major functions working on your revised PCB-based system.
Show your complete mechanical enclosure, with all internal and external components fitting in/on it appropriately.
Turn in a complete test plan and an up-to-date schedule.
You must have all of the major functions for your project complete and working on your revised PCB-based system. The major functions do not have to be integrated together at this point, but all must be working. Please see the requirements for the final design review in winter quarter for the definition of a major function. It is, of course, acceptable to demonstrate all functions together if you have already integrated the components.
The body of your mechanical enclosure must be complete. You must be able to fit your PCB(s) into the enclosure properly. All external components (switches, displays, LEDs, etc.) must be in place. Your system must be indistinguishable its mechanical look and feel from your final product.
Your team must have completed its test plan and turned it in by 11AM on the day of the review.
Your team should have turned in the following documents by 11AM on the day of the review:
