Purpose

In this design review, your PCB design and your software architecture plan will be reviewed.

Preparation

Your team should have turned in the following documents by 11:00 AM on the day of the review:

  1. PCB Document

  2. Software Architecture Document

  3. Updated schedule

Your team must have completed a PCB design prior to the design review. The grade for this review will be based on the initial PCB design. The instructor will review this design and give approval or suggest changes. The team is responsible for submitting the design to a manufacturer and having the completed board in hand on the first class meeting day of winter quarter.

Each member should be familiar with the basic software architecture and with the PCB design. The review team will ask questions about the design of the PCB and about the software architecture.

Grading

Grading will reflect how well the team has prepared the PCB and software architecture document.
